Refund policy

Our chai and coffee are food products, so we can't accept returns for change of mind once an order has shipped.

Damaged or wrong items: always free. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email sales@cuppamixusa.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. If we need the item back, we'll email a prepaid return label, so returning a damaged or wrong item never costs you anything.

Vending machines are excluded from returns. Any exception must be approved by us in writing before anything is shipped back.

Return address (approved returns only): Chai Gold, 12510 West Airport Blvd, Unit C07B, Sugar Land, Texas 77478. Items sent back without approval can't be accepted.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
