Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days within the continental US; expedited options are available at checkout. Wholesale and bulk orders ship freight — a member of our team will confirm timing after your order is placed. International and Canada shipping is available on select products; rates and timelines are shown at checkout. Chai Gold does not collect or prepay Canadian duties, taxes, or brokerage fees — Canadian orders are shipped DDU (delivery duty unpaid), and any customs tariffs, GST/HST, or brokerage charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier or customs on arrival.
