Common questions
Do I need a water line?
Not for the countertop machine. It runs from a direct water line or from a pump on a standard 5-gallon jug. The UL Listed model needs a water line. Ask us about the others.
What drinks can the machines make?
Chai Gold chai and Madras filter coffee, plus other instant drinks such as hot chocolate. The countertop machines hold three flavors at a time, and the cabinet holds more.
Can customers pay at the machine?
Yes, with the cashless chai vending machine. Customers tap a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Our other machines dispense at the push of a button.
What goes in the machines?
Chai Gold 500g bulk bags. The countertop machine comes with a starter pack of masala chai, cardamom chai and Madras filter coffee.
